Step 0: Set up a Twilio account. Step by-step manual is located here.
Step 1: Create a bot, SAVE IT.
Step 2: Go to the Channels tab -&amp;gt; Instant messengers
Step 3: Click on Add new channel of type WhatsApp (Twilio) and click Next
Step 4: Set additional settings:
NOTE THAT THE USER ID HAS TO INCLUDE whatsapp: prefix!
