To export your results (as CSV)you have to go via the dashboard and click on the right side, on Reports, and select Results grid: Here you can see various bits of info about the customers that have spoken to your bot, but also information on device type and OS and the time of the interaction. To download your results in CSV format click on the download icon at the top right side of the screen.
